After missing our connection in Istanbul (because our Turkish airlines flight from Greece was delayed by over 2 hours for some reason), it seemed we had to spend the night in Turkey. The airline (Turkish) arranged for us and a few other dozen passengers to spend the night at local hotels near the airport. The one we were sent to was about one hour away from the airport. We got there around 10 pm. There were already 40-50 other people in the hotel lobby waiting to be checked it. The hotel's bar and restaurant were both closed at the time of our arrival. We could not get any food or at least a cup of water for that reason. The check-in process was extremely slow. We were among the last to be checked in. It took close to 2 hours to be checked in. Our room had a strong cigarette smoke odour. Both my wife and myself do not smoke, so we picked up the smell right away. After leaving there (about 3 hours later) to continue our flight, we were still cracking jokes about having been checked into an ash try rather than a hotel room. In conclusion, had we known up front we'd spend about 4 hours in shuttles and in a hotel lobby in order to get 3 hours of sleep in a room that reeked of cigarettes, we would have probably chosen to stay in the airport instead. Thank you Liv City and Turkish Airlines!!

I had the chance to stay in this hotel during my business trip to Istanbul and I can easily say that it was an excellent choice. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely professional and helpful. I'm thinking of coming back.

The staff members were very nice and polite, they talked a bit of English, it was not impossible to talk to them. The food was delicious. We didn't like the room, it had a very bad smell and it was clearly missing a good cleaning and some improvements. Also, it is far from the city center and far from the airport. Overall, for being in transit it was decent, but we won't come back otherwise.

Horrible. Dirty. Smelly and gross. We went to a different hotel. Turkish Airlines overbooked our flight and sent us to Liv City. We should have spent the night in the airport. We left our bags in our room and We walked next door to another hotel and slept there.

A nasty fithy place After missing our turkish flight to Manchester from Istanbul Turkish Airlines arranged this hotel for us and few others passengers to stay at this hotel No Air conditioning No drinking water Food was horrible Hotel was fithy This place should be closed It deserves 0 stars

+ It's close to mall of Istanbul + Private free parking with security + The room I stayed in was big (considering that in Istanbul rooms are usually small) + The bed was confortable - I received a room here after my reservation to Ramada encore was cancelled and they gave us a room on the ground floor near the technical room of the hotel and all the night I heared the noise from all the machines inside(refrigerator, heating machine, washing machine..)!!! That room should not be given to anyone!!! - The furniture needs some improvements because seems to be old - No omlette for breakfast; the coffee is not at the european standards

I stayed for a week from August 1-6, 2022. I enjoyed my stay. I rested great. The employees Koan at the front desk was AMAZING! He answered all my questions in perfect English. Koan was very professional and respectful. I’ll come back here for sure. Fatih was also very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed my visit.
